Every page there seems to be a reminder that your in The Night side...example..."Things like this only happen in The Nightside." You get this type of reminder so much at one point I was ready to toss the book out

I had the same feeling..............

I read all these books as they came out, and for the most part really liked them.  Simon R Green is a good writer so I expected that much out of him...But the last book was such a let down!  It seemed like he was killing time in the begining then rushed the end.  Really was anti-climactic......

The Nightshade series is my first experience reading Green. I loved it. The hero is great. He tries to do the right thing, even though his efforts are often futile.
